Your Personal Vibration has to do with how you feel, think, act, and live.  It’s about the overall energy you give off as a human being.  Energy can be positive, negative, or non-existent.  We strive for positive energy and so do our readers.

The world can be busy and overwhelming…if we let it.  You have to balance giving attention to your career, family, friends and yourself.  There are stresses from the news, money problems, and relationships.  And before you know it, there’s no more time let in the day to do the things you need to.

    Hi, how do you personally differentiate between vibration therapy and vibration training? Also what is your background? Do you work in Physio or vibration industries?
