Positive Stress?

Negative stress on the human body can really take a toll on overall health.  But is there such a thing as positive stress?  The word “stress” has many different meanings.  Relating to Whole Body Vibration, stress can be a good thing!  Whole Body Vibration causes stress to the central nervous system which responds with the release of many different hormones causing a general feeling of well being.  Neurogenesis, Serotonin, and Endorphins. These three things  have all been positively linked to exercise.  This positive stress is what keeps people wanting more Whole Body Vibration.

There is a clear potential connection between whole body vibration, increased central nervous system stress, relief from pain, mood elevation and exhilaration, and, most importantly, neurological brilliance.
